hat if you could learn to weld without ever leaving the comfort of home or some other favorite hide out of yours? What if you could.....
train your mind to weld before you even put on your welding helmet?
Are you familiar with the
Most common mistakes among welders?
If not, you may be making these same mistakes. Mistakes that can plague a welder causing failed x-rays, busted bend tests, or just nasty welds.
My fellow Welder its time for you to enter into the level of top notch welding you deserve (without the ancient methods). Become the Khaki Daddy, The Expert, The Man, The Killer Combo Hand.....
....Or just brush up on your skills for around the house, shop, ranch or farm.
Lets face it, to be great in anything you have to practice it over and over again, right?
If you wanted to be a great golfer, guitarist, or whatever; you would have to first see what if should look like and then put what you see into action.
The Eye is the Portal to
The Brain!
I know this isn't rocket science, but bear with me for a minute.
Welding is a visual art!!
Like an artist you are picturing or visualizing what is being created while it is happening. Your eyes are conveying the message to your mind making an impression on your brain of pictures that you will want to remember or maybe desire to forget...
Know what I mean?
hat if you could burn a series of pictures on your mind of whatever you are wanting to learn and remember?
See where I am going?
I am asking you quite a few questions right but I have the answer for all of them. You probably caught that by now!
It is a proven medical fact that there are techniques you can use when trying to teach your mind the best and most accurate way to remember something you consider important
According to the New York Times research, remembering is like doing.
What if these pictures were on the tip of your memory like they happened seconds ago every time you needed to recall the proper way to make every weld?
Can you imagine the potential you could have as a welder? The promise you would have as an all around hand that could fabricate and weld in all areas of welding. Even if you don’t want to be an expert at one area, the potential to touch any areas of welding would be huge.
Let me tell you that I have made some serious money as a welder over the years.
Not only have I made it into a career, it has also given me a sense of pride and accomplishment
That will always be with me.
I think you are catching on by now; you seem pretty smart.
Medical Fact: It is a proven medical fact that there are techniques with repetition you can use when trying to teach your mind the best and most accurate way to remember something important.
According to Benedict Carey from an article in the New York Times, recent research has exposed discovery concerning the brain to the fact that remembering is like doing.
In other words, the brain is able to recreate the experience from memory as if it was really happening. You see, for the brain memory is like reliving experience.
Wow!!
Ever heard of Déjà vu?
Through something in the brain
You can put yourself in a
Place where you may have never
Actually been physically!!
So if you can wrap your mind around killer technique and processes and the how to...
Then you can actually learn the right way to do something before you even do it.
This is the Golden Reason for why you are at this website today.
You can’t believe how great this is going to be for you, my friend.
I can actually train you and teach you how to weld like an expert from behind
The Welders Lens
Take a look at the first part of the package I have put together that is a fraction of what this...

This is just the first 4 DVD’s that is over 3 1/2 hours alone.
All of the fit up and fabrication is step by step through all of the welding.
The explanation is extremely thorough.
If you miss something, all you have to do is play it again and wrap your mind
Around the video until it is branded on your mind forming a map to your success.
Later on I give some testimonials of a few people who were able
to see footage of the above welding videos and what they had to say.
These are word for word testimonials taken over the past 90 days from different
Places where people have seen my videos and read my articles.
These are quoted statements:
The next series of DVD’s are on the Tungsten Inert Gas process or Tig for short.
This presentation is the longest of the package and is incredible if I do say so myself.
All the welding is done on Carbon Pipe in different positions.
The idea behind this presentation is not only to give you the expert view and understanding of the process, but also to allow you to see me take test after test as if I was in a test environment.
Lets face it. One of the things that freak people
Out when it comes to welding is if when you mention
The words “Welding Test”
You get to see a special technique that many welders don’t use or know about for placing the root in the pipe without getting in a bind while doing it.
I call this technique: Shooting The Gap!
Let’s look at what the Tig Series of
Your package will cover
DVD #1 (1:04:11) One hour, four minutes, and eleven seconds
DVD #2(1:05:55) One hour, five minutes, and fifty five seconds

þ What in the world is tungsten inclusion?
þ What is the weld inspector looking for?
þ I take you by the hand and walk you through all that I do
The footage in the tig series is extremely thorough like the pipe fit up and fabrication from the first series. It covers all welding aspects of what you need to see and know about the TIG welding process.
I wonder if you have ever heard of the explanation of the difference between
Polarities and why the metal acts the way it does in these two opposite type of welding settings?
I explain that in full detail throughout the footage.
Again throughout this entire presentation I use voice over technique and walk you through the welding as we view the weld together. I explain to you why the weld is going the way it is with blow-by-blow explanation.
Next is the Mig Welding Portion of the course. I did two presentations
From the Mig Welding at this time and it is once again on Pipe Welding.
This type of welding is very unique and if you ever want to weld pipe in a shop
Environment you won’t want to miss this footage.
Once again the gap for this set up is a little unique.
Rolling out pipe spools or fabricated pieces in a shop that uses Mig can be a touchy situation, especially for a green hand, but with these tips and tricks you won’t have any trouble.
Do you know how to use a German Saw Blade to work on the bevel of a Weld?
If you ever weld Mig or Tig you will absolutely need to see this neat life saving
Trick that can either make or break an entire weld process.
I am not even joking when I say this.
This is one of those, “I wish I knew that before I picked up the grinder again!”
I am telling you right now this little trick is one of those “Ah ha” moments.
Let’s look at what your Mig
Presentation consists of
DVD #1(1:10:10) One hour, ten minutes, and ten seconds
DVD #2(1:33:54) One hour, thirty three minutes, and fifty four seconds
ý See the breakdown of the Mig Gun
ý See how Mig pipe welding is unique
ý Find out the ideal gap for Mig fit up
ý How about the Roll Out on Mig pipe?
ý Find out how use the saw blade technique
ý What to look for on the interior bead
ý Why it is dangerous to start and stop too much on Mig
ý Learn the importance of the grinder on this weld process
ý What position is optimal for welding Mig?
ý See what a problem area looks like after grinding from
From the exterior side of a weld.
ý Learn why 2:00 o’clock position is best on Mig
ý See how Mig welds can appear deceiving
ý Take a look at the interior of a Mig machine
ý Learn where the wire should be placed in the bevel while
The weld is going on
This is pipe only on this Mig section. The DVD’s are designed to give an
Understanding of shop work for pipe welding using hardwire on the root
And hot pass only.
Once again the footage is as seen from behind The Welders Lens.
The last but not least of this series is the Uphill Pipe-Welding portion.
Uphill pipe welding is a common aspect of welding especially if you weld or ever will weld
In a shop, plant, refinery, powerhouse, etc.
Uphill pipe is usually performed in high-pressure applications like vessels in a refinery or
Critical pressured pipe. The uphill pipe area is usually the first area of pipe when a stick
Welder is starting out (usually after plate welding).
Let me tell you that the welding on this series is simulated test coupons.
There are two tests we go through.
6G fixed position: also known as the Arkansas Bell Position (45 degree)
5G fixed position: also known as the horizontal weld
Now keep in mind that the 5G is not actually fixed due to the filming of the camera angels.
